Becoming an AxPact member is not easy. Every AxPact member must pass and adhere to our strict entry criteria and Membership Agreement.
AxPact has a long waiting list of Microsoft Dynamics AX Partners who wish to join which means that our members must to adhere to the agreement and work in the spirit of AxPact if they wish to remain a member. Each AxPact membership is reviewed annually so if one member doesn’t meet the high standards required, then we can replace them. Fortunately, we have never had to do this.
Each member makes a formal legal commitment when they sign the AxPact Membership Agreement – this tightly controls the way we work together to ensure the highest standards and quality.
Our members also have a strong informal commitment built upon years of working, collaborating and socialising together at senior levels. This has developed deep lasting friendships and business relationships which means each AxPact member represents each other as an extension of their respective businesses.

AxPact Membership Criteria
AxPact only selects the most committed and highly proven members to join our organisation. Our strict entry criteria and constant monitoring of performance and customer satisfaction ensures that AxPact always exceed our clients' expectations. All members take measures to ensure they follow a uniform set of guidelines and procedures and use the same internal methodologies.
- Must be a Certified Business Solutions partner for Microsoft Dynamics AX and have at least 3 years’ experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Be able to provide at least 3 high quality references
- Be one of the top 3 Microsoft Dynamics AX partner of their respective country
- Be prepared to sign the AxPact Membership Agreement and adhere to group policies and ethos.
- Use the AxPact implementation methodology, AX Pro, to safeguard all projects.
